Privacy Policy

These Terms of Use ("Terms") and Privacy Policy ("Policy") govern the download, access, and use of the mobile application Magic Campus (the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and this Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the App.

1. Ownership and Responsibility

Magic Campus is owned and operated by Fun City Innovations, LLC, registered in the United States. We are responsible for ensuring the App's operation, data handling, and compliance with applicable laws.

2. Purpose of the App

Magic Campus is a digital environment integrating AI agents, Story feeds, IM chat, and Spaces. Users may publish content, communicate with AI agents, explore community spaces, and engage socially with content published by others. The App promotes AI-for-good principles and strives to provide a safe and aligned digital experience.

3. Compatible Devices

Magic Campus is available on the Apple App Store (iOS). You must comply with Apple's applicable terms related to downloading, updating, or using the App.

4. Onboarding and Account Creation

During setup, the App collects your nickname. Once inside the App, you may optionally add or modify your:

• Profile photo
• Bio / introduction
• Other optional profile fields, if provided

You are responsible for ensuring your information is accurate and does not violate others' rights.

5. App Features and User Behavior

5.1 Story Feeds

Users may upload videos, images, or other media ("User Content") as Stories. By submitting User Content, you grant Fun City a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content solely for the operation of the App.

You must not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

5.2 Chat with AI Agents

The App includes AI-powered conversational agents. AI responses may be generated automatically and should not be considered professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

5.3 Browsing and Community Spaces

Users may browse publicly posted content and join Spaces to interact with topics or communities. Fun City may moderate content to maintain safety and compliance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to the App, including design, features, AI models, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Fun City and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute App assets
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use App content for commercial purposes without permission

User Content remains owned by the user, but the user grants Fun City rights to use such content as required to operate the App.

7. Privacy Policy

Fun City Innovations, LLC acts as the Data Controller for any personal data collected through the App.

7.1 What Personal Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the App's features.

a. Data You Provide

• Nickname (required)
• Profile photo (optional)
• Bio and self-introduction (optional)
• User-generated content (stories, posts, images, videos, chats, etc.)
• Messages sent to AI agents or within the App

b. Automatically Collected Data

When you use the App, we automatically collect:

• Device information (model, OS version, unique identifiers)
• IP address
• App usage logs (features used, interactions, timestamps)
• Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data
• Country or region (derived from device settings or IP)

c. Mobile Device Permissions

Depending on your use, we may request access to:

• Camera (for uploading content)
• Photos / Media Library
• Push Notifications

You can revoke permissions at any time in device settings.

d. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use local storage or similar technologies for session management, analytics, and performance.

7.2 Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

Your data is processed for reasons including:

Service Delivery

• Creating and maintaining your account
• Enabling Story posting, messaging, and Spaces
• Operating AI agent interactions
• Providing customer support

• Diagnostics, analytics, and crash reporting
• Developing new features and improving user experience
• Ensuring the App's integrity, safety, and fraud prevention

We do not sell your personal information.

• Payment processors (if applicable)
• Legal authorities where required by law
• Third parties with your explicit consent

All service providers operate under confidentiality and data protection agreements.

7.5 Minors

Magic Campus is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without parental or legal guardian consent.

If we learn that a minor has used the App without proper authorization, we will delete the account. We do not contact law enforcement unless legally required to do so.

7.6 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct or update your data
• Delete your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Request data portability
• Withdraw consent

7.7 Security

Fun City implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect data, including:

However, no system is fully secure. Users are responsible for securing their device and login credentials.

7.8 Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Revised versions will be posted in the App. Significant changes will be communicated in advance when required by law.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the App lawfully and respectfully
• Avoid harassment, abuse, threats, or harmful behavior
• Refrain from uploading prohibited or infringing content
• Not attempt to disrupt App operations or security

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Fun City does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of AI-generated responses
• Absence of malware or harmful elements

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fun City shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages arising from misuse of the App
• Actions of other users or third parties

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fun City, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your uploaded User Content
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

12. Severability

If any clause in these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue in full force.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For all disputes:

• For business users: governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
• For individual consumers: governed by the applicable laws of the user's country or state of residence unless superseded by mandatory local law.
